7.2 Term and Renewal
Wine Club membership is subscribed for a fixed term of twelve (12) months starting from the date the order is validated.
The Client will be informed by email as the end of the subscription approaches, i.e. at the end of the twelve (12) months, and only the placement of a new order will allow the subscription to be renewed for a further annual period, starting from the date of that new order.
In the absence of a new order, the Client’s subscription will end in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 7.4.
7.3 Payment
Payment for the order automatically entitling the Client to Wine Club membership is made by credit card or by any other payment method offered on the Website.
7.4 Termination
The Client’s Wine Club subscription is automatically terminated at the end of the annual commitment period, and an email will be sent to inform the Client accordingly.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any refusal of importation, customs blockage, or delay resulting from local regulations in the destination country. In the event that products are returned or destroyed by local authorities, no refund may be claimed.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the order complies with the legislation in force in their country of residence.
